YOUR CREATIVE GETAWAY
IN PENWITH, CORNWALL.

Develop or improve your ceramic and sculpting skills while enjoying a luxury, full-board holiday in beautiful surroundings on the wild and inspiring Penwith peninsula.

"Cornish Pottery Holidays on the Penwith peninsula in Cornwall should get you throwing with confidence.  The course runs for five full days so there’s enough time to work at your own pace with plenty of input from the tutor, ceramic artist Caroline Winn. As the studio is available around the clock, you’d have time to practice and experiment. Expect a house-party atmosphere, comfortable rooms and good food."

"The best way to learn about pottery while being treated to a fully catered break in a lovely secluded house and garden, nestled in a moorland valley by the rugged north coast of far west Cornwall.”

/ Adam & Deborah Kant (Course Participants)

"Primrose Cottage is a wonderful place to stay. The original Cornish cottage with its thick stone walls has been extended to make a modern and very comfortable home with the best of traditional character mixed with well- lit family spaces. Beautifully decorated, with an artist’s eye clearly at work, two double doors open from the large kitchen into a fabulous extensive garden. The hosts Caroline and Martin are welcoming, knowledgeable and fun and we were looked after so well that we quickly relaxed, helped of course by good cooking and conversation and the odd glass of wine. Each bedroom has its own character and the sitting room has several different spaces for people to spend time unwinding together or separately. The well-equipped sculpture workshop is in a new wing added at one end of the house, bright and airy, with views out over the wonderful garden and near the kiln. Tucked away down leafy lanes, the house is close to spectacular walks and beaches, the best of unspoilt historic Cornwall."
